At MevaCarTech, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipment Policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and timelines to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.

1. Shipping Methods and Options

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer a range of domestic shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. At checkout, you will be presented with various shipping methods and their associated costs based on your delivery address.
  • International Shipping: MevaCarTech also ships internationally to most countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we experience a high volume of orders, processing time may be delayed, but we will notify you if your order is affected.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Shipping costs for domestic orders will be calculated during the checkout process based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • International Orders: International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Free Shipping: From time to time, we offer promotions that include free standard shipping on eligible domestic orders. These promotions may have minimum purchase requirements and will be detailed at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Delivery: Delivery times for domestic orders vary based on the selected shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Next-Day Shipping: Available for select products, typically for orders placed before 12 PM local time.
  • International Delivery: International shipping times typically range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.
  • Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package is shipped. If you do not receive tracking information or your tracking number is not working, please contact us for assistance.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Correct Shipping Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. MevaCarTech is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Address Changes: If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@mevacartech.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we can make the change for you.

7. Shipping Delays and Issues

  • Carrier Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, please be aware that once your package is with the carrier, we cannot control any delays caused by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend checking the carrier’s tracking updates for the latest information.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction, either through a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

8. International Customs and Duties

  • Customs Fees and Duties: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees that are assessed once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by the shipping fees paid at checkout.
  • Customs Delays: Customs processing times may vary, and packages may be delayed in customs for various reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict customs delays and are not responsible for any additional delays.

9. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses for domestic orders. However, please note that some shipping methods may not be available to these addresses. If you experience any issues with delivery to these locations, please contact us for assistance.

10. Shipment Issues and Customer Support

11. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed or was refused by the recipient, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order.

MevaCarTech is not liable for any delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or government regulations.
